Goodluck Jonathan reportedly calls Buhari to congratulate him
It has been reported by Channels TV that President Goodluck Jonathan has called General Mohammed Buhari to congratulate him on his victory in the presidential election.
APC supporters are also already celebrating the victory of General Buhari outside the APC secretariat
